Complete Redo of the whole server.

What should happen to get more Players is, to completely Wipe down the server, Start from scratch and redo the whole server before releasing it.

Start with EasyRsc then start adding all the fixes to it yourself, Add Everything you want/need from the Noobscape V1-4.Make your own places,landscape,items,npcs,etc. After you test the server for any bugs,dupes,problems fix them as the occur, then re-release the server to the public. Then maybe people wont quit.



Suggestions:

Make new Npcs, Dont just Rename/Relevel npcs, Make a new one and add it.
Add minigames
Add New items
Add Skill based
Add Pking based
Add Token based
Lower Experience Rates for skills and Find the Right balance of experience for Combat skills.
Make skilling be needed for some main items like Super Sets,Prayer Pots,Rune Arrows,Magic longbow,Dragonstone Amulet,Some Rune items.

Once all of the above is accomplished maybe your player base will start rising again.


Things that will attract players:

Pking Focused.(Not too fast, but not too slow,Make it so they could get flats in 3-4 days. not 5-10 hours.)
Token Focused(Exp/Items/Cash)
High Player Base.
NO CUSTOM ITEMS LIKE DRAGON ARMOR OR 2HANDERS.
No Rare Drops from Npcs(Make them special event drops only)[So people have something to stake/wear for wealth and status.)
No Full Dragon Sqaure Shield Drops, Make it half shield drop, Half bought from the store, Then you can give #amount# of cash to #Npc# for a Full Dragon Square Shield.
Normal Potions in the shops,2h's(Not Rune),Adamant Armor,Few pieces of rune,Arrows up to adamant,basic elemental runes, Add rest of runes into magic guild/mage arena shop.Have a Npc drop Iban staff.
Fix All known Dupes,bugs.
No lag
No Wipes every week.
updates that the players want, Listen to the community.

All the above is what players normally want in a Pking Based server.

They want it Economical but also want it full of players so they can stake/Pk whenever they want.


The above is just what I have seen through-out moparscape's community forums and its basically what people liked about classic, Is that it Stayed Classic.

But hey after all this is just only a Suggestion. =)
